The old flat roof was only done less then 2 years ago and was failing everywhere. After our client couldn’t get hold of their previous builder, we got the call to come and asses the roof. We took the roof right back to joists level, added the correct fall and installed 18mm OSB boards. Once we got all the roof ply’d out we installed a GRP fibreglass flat roof with new lead flashing.
